GT Global Tracker
SERVICES: Roadmapping, Strategy, App UI/UX design and prototype development
Going-there’s new Global Tracker App is a smartphone app that tracks business travellers and assignees for immigration breaches, tax compliance in the host country or state, and locating an employee in emergency situations.
I worked with Going-there to help define their brand strategy and map out the functionality of the app.
A working prototype app was designed along with a desktop website portal. (try out the demo prototype further down…)
On top of the apps’ success, the app has won two awards within the industry: The 2016 Relocate Award for Technological Innovation and Most Innovative Use of Technology in Global Mobility at the 2016 EMEA Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs).
The App won the approval of a large and diverse panel of judges that included mobility professionals from Deloitte, Arup, Lloyd’s Register, BAE Systems and Bombardier.
Sales Video Walkthrough
This sales presentation walkthrough has helped their team successfully sell the new service before investing in full development of the app to large corporate clients.
The new working prototype has provided the sales team with an effective tool to validate the idea and now are successfully selling the service alongside their app to large corporate clients.
The judges described GT Global Tracker as:
“The GT Global Tracker app provides an efficient, effective solution to the high-profile issues facing all companies needing to track their employees globally.
It works as a simple, independent, standalone app, is user-friendly, collates travellers’ data, and flags risks across the areas of immigration, permanent establishment, tax and security.”
I’m pleased to reveal this design project to the Designbull portfolio!
